So, I’ve been thinking, for no reason whatsoever, that it would be nice to have my studio as a place to upload my own videos in the future. The whole point of my website – long term – is for it to be a collection of all my creative stuff, and that includes my videos!
Let’s have this post be a tinkering one where we see if it works!
Below I should have added a short timelapse of the flats being painted onto a certain tentacle lady:
It should just be a 3 minute sped up silent video (that I had to upload straight to my host because wordpress has an upload limit).
But, now let’s test this a bit more: How about 15 minutes of actual real-time quiet studio buddy work-along shenanigans?
Just the kinda stuff I do on youtube (so, no cuts, music or chatting. Even left in the breaks where I am briefly having coffee and chewing a bagel) – Only difference here is that I didn’t have my face cam on. This whole video experiment was very much a hyperfocus thing this morning! No planning 😀
Anyway! If you want to put this on your second monitor and see how much we can get done in 15 minutes, feel free:
It should work!
I’ve kept this whole experimental post open to everyone, but the next one I edit and upload is going to be a more… acquired taste, so it’ll be for my precious studio members only.
You ever wonder what my studio actually sounds and looks like when I hyperfocus for like 35 minutes straight?
I recorded the continuation of that tentacle lady with my playlist on. You’ve been warned. (and the mute button exists if you just want to have a quiet work partner for a bit)
I’ll also scan the final painting and add that in so you can see it!
Gonna go edit that now >:)
