Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy


  • Returns
    We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive anything damaged or defective, please let us know at: contact@jenniegyllblad.co.uk with details and photos of the damaged item.
  • Refunds
    If you have received a damaged/defective item, and have notified us about the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a few days.
  • Cancellations
    It is possible to cancel a physical order that has not yet shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order that has already been shipped.
